b. Needs of BUILDIT if it is to be successful?
c. What is the criteria for “win-win?”
d. When will BUILDIT declare “victory?”
e. Why would someone participate in BUILDIT?
f. Others as identified by the group.

Develop the following:
a. Mission statement (purpose)
b. Goals and objectives
c. Organizational framework
d. Next steps
