Those faculty, staff and administrators of the University of Arkansas who are interested in being part of the UAEDI mission are encouraged to be included in the University of Arkansas Capabilities Database, either as a "program," an "individual," or both. You have to fill out the form(s) listed below for either an organization (department, center, laboratory, program, institute, services, etc.), an individual, or both.

These documents are in word format and it will take only a few minutes to be completed. Our intention is to make this process as simple as possible, and it is entirely up to you how much information you want to provide for each individual field.

After completion, resave your document and email it to Cristina Scarlat at cscarla@uark.edu.
