Leadership Development Vision: Our counties and communities in Arkansas will have a broad-base of effective leaders resulting from a wide range of leadership opportunities provided to our youth and adult populations.

Fulfilling this Vision: Fulfilling this vision will require that Arkansans of all ages take full and appropriate advantage of the many leadership programs and opportunities available in the state as well as being receptive to the creation of other programs that are targeted to meet special needs.
