Community Development Vision: Our counties and communities in Arkansas will have a shared vision, high trust levels, wide spread community involvement and a high quality of life.

The Ten Commitments: These ten commitments were originally developed as part of a proposal involving a partnership that included Cross and St. Francis counties in the Arkansas Delta and the University of Arkansas. Wording has been modified slightly to reflect a model for the entire state.
